Creditor contact
Although we would not want to prevent your creditors speaking to you for a valid
reason, any other contact that you receive from any of your creditors can be referred
to us.
Change in circumstances
Whether your situation changes for better or it deteriorates, let us know.
Whatever the change is, we will offer you assistance. It may be just a small
improvement to your circumstances, but by revising your Payment Plan when it occurs,
we can show to your creditors that you are doing all that you can.
Peace of mind
As a matter of course, we will deal with all correspondence received from your creditors.

them to us with relevant comments and we will deal with them on your behalf
